Master's Degree in Human Resource Management. Psychological and Pedagogical Intervention

In order to be awarded the Master's Degree in Human Resources Management. Psychological and Pedagogical Intervention, students must pass 60 credits as follows:

30 credits from mandatory subjects.

15 credits from elective subjects. Students may select to take one of the three available specialisations on the master's programme, or not take any. In the latter instance, they may freely select the elective subjects they wish to take from all those available for the programme during the academic year.

In order to be awarded the selected specialisation, students must pass the relevant subjects (10 credits). All remaining credits up to the total for elective credits, shall be selected from common elective subjects. The master's specialisations are:

  1. Direction and Management of Work Teams
  2. Management of Educational Centres: Training of Trainers

In exceptional circumstances, and in order to round out the set of elective subjects (15 credits), students may take up to six (6) ECTS credits from subjects on similar master's programmes at the UIB.

8 credits from External Academic Placements.

7 credits for the Master's Thesis.
