Entry

The CEP will verify whether applicants fulfil the requirements for admission to the programme and, subsequently, submit the application to the programme coordinators to consider and decide on admission.
Finally, the CEP will publish the list of admitted students and provide the enrolment dates.

B2-level Spanish and Catalan will be deemed accredited for candidates who fulfil any of the following conditions:

Submitting a Cover Letter
Candidates must submit a cover letter setting out their reasons for wanting to take the master's course.
Admission Criteria
In order to ensure correct assessment, candidates must submit the required and duly accredited supporting documents, in accordance with what is set out by the master's coordination. The following criteria shall be used to assess merits:
- Average mark from the academic record/transcript for studies granting admission to the programme (70%). Candidates with the recommended entry profile qualifications will be given preference (psychology and pedagogy). Candidates with qualifications in similar areas and specialised training in human resources may be weighted by the mark in their academic record, in accordance with the suitability of their entry qualifications
- Previous professional experience in human resources (10%)
- Specialised training in human resources (10%)
- Their passion for human resources, and possessing the necessary personal and social skills and qualities to successfully work in this area (10%). Personal interviews may be conducted to ensure candidates fulfil these criteria.
In the event of a tie after applying the weighting percentages, candidates will be ranked in accordance with their registration date on the programme.
The master's coordination team may choose to leave some spots empty where it deems candidates do not meet the entry profile herein.
