Learning Goals
he general aim of the Master's Degree in Human Resources Management. Psychological and Pedagogical Intervention is to equip students with the necessary skills and abilities enabling them to work as human resources professionals in public organisations, private corporations, consultancies, etc. The programme enables them to delve further into skills and abilities for human resources planning and management, as well as specialise in the field of staff training and management.
The learning goals on the programme's specialisations aim to provide students with knowledge and skills enabling them to design, lead, coordinate, streamline, implement, manage and assess action plans, programmes and projects to:
- Improve work team management and efficiency across different professional areas and scenarios (Direction and Management of Work Teams)
- Support management tasks at schools, with a particular emphasis on training of trainers (Management of Educational Centres. Training of Trainers).
Graduate Profile
Students who graduate from the programme will be able to perform the inherent responsibilities in human resources management departments.
They will be able to plan, perform, assess and improve activities and strategies enabling the organisation to optimise its human resources. This involves acquiring the necessary skills and abilities to successfully perform a set of activities, including:
- Staff recruitment and selection
- Staff training and development plans
- Performance reviews
- Organisational assessment, change and development
- Work team management
- Educational centre management.
In turn, graduates may undertake these roles in human resources departments at public and private organisations. They may also provide training and consulting services, as well as hold senior positions in technical and managerial departments.
