This programme aims to train expert professionals across all aspects linked to drugs and medications, and their impact on health, as well as provide knowledge and skills in scientific, health and ethical treatment through medication. It is a multidisciplinary course fostering knowledge linked to physical, chemical and biological interactions, and the therapeutic effects of medication. The pharmacy programme qualifies graduates for a regulated profession. In this sense, it is designed in line with the requirements set out in Order CIN/2137/2008.
What skills will you acquire?
After finishing their course, graduates in pharmacy will be qualified to produce, store and dispense medications, as well as collaborate in analytical, pharmacotherapeutic and monitoring processes for public health. They will also be able to undertake duties in care settings, research, teaching, clinical management, prevention, and health information and education.
