Biosafety Committee

The Biosafety Committee at the University of the Balearic Islands has been established to advise the university, assess, certify and provide support to scientific and teaching activity involving the use of genetically modified organisms (GMOs), biological agents and samples potentially contaminated with biological agents, and to ensure compliance with the obligations set out in current legislation on biosafety.
