- PhD in Human Resources Psychology from the University of Valencia (2021).
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of the Balearic Islands (2016).
- Degree in Psychology from the University of the Balearic Islands (2015).
- Erasmus stay at the ISCTE-IUL University of Lisbon (2012-2013).
Work and teaching experience:
- Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of the Balearic Islands teaching subjects such as Organizational Psychology (since 2019/20), Social Psychology of Groups and Organizations (2020/21), Psychology of Groups (2020/21), Work Psychology (since 2021/22) and Negotiation Techniques (since 2021/22).
- Responsible for Internships of students for the Master's Degree in HR Management (since 2021/22).
- Human resources manager in a company in the aeronautical sector (since 2020).
- Research support technician. University of the Balearic Islands (2017-2018).
- Psychologist in the Human Resources Department of an international hotel chain (2015-2017).
Awards for quality and dissemination of research results:
- Ex aequo prize for the Best Master's Thesis awarded by the International Congress of Work Psychology and Human Resources. Thesis supervised by Dr. María Esther García Buades and entitled 'Job characteristics, organisational justice and job satisfaction' (2016).
