Brief CV

Macià Blázquez-Salom is Professor in Geography at the Universitat de les Illes Balears. He teaches and researches on tourism, sustainability and land use planning. He has been visitor scholar in universities of Mexico (Toluca and La Paz), Nicaragua (UNAN), Dominican Republic (INTEC), Austria (Salzburg), Germany (Rurh-Bochum), Sweden (Mid-Sweden), Japan (Wakayama), the Netherlands (Wageningen, with a scholarship stay in the Salvador de Madariaga 2020 program) and is a Visiting Research Fellow at the John Moores University (United Kingdom)).
