What are the enrolment terms and governing regulations?

When you formalise enrolment, you agree to the enrolment terms and the regulations you must fulfil for the academic and administrative services you receive. You also state the kind of data transfer you allow and, in specific instances, whether you authorise the UIB to verify that you have a clean certificate of sexual offences. On certain programmes, you also agree to other specific conditions, such as a confidentiality undertaking.

The governing regulations refer to academic progress for programmes (minimum credits for enrolment or that must be passed, etc.), academic regulations (enrolment terms and rules, assessment, etc.), the public fee agreement, subject requirements, etc.

We recommend you view the applicable regulations for undergraduate programmes.
