It is important you include a recent photo to the UIB database before academic activities begin on your programme so that your lecturers, classmates, and admin and services staff can easily identify you. The photo can be included by activating your online university ID card.

You may only change your photo once per academic year. This can be done at the following link: UIBdigital > Preferences > Personal Details > ID. Please contact admin services if you have any questions.
