Depending on the conditions selected in enrolment, you will need to submit accreditation documentation. These documents must be submitted to the programme centre where you have enrolled. Be aware that you have to request an appointment.

Failure to submit the supporting documentation for the conditions selected in enrolment within the set deadline shall lead to your enrolment being automatically adjusted. In turn, you will be requested to pay the corresponding fee.

Required documentation if you have selected direct debit payment for enrolment:

If you ticked pay by direct debit, you may submit the signed SEPA mandate directly to the porter's lodge without an appointment.

Documentation for New Students, Where Applicable

Note

You will not be able to request any academic certificates or your undergraduate degree certificate until you submit the required documents.

Academic record transfer

Students in either of the following situations must submit the payment receipt for academic record transfer, issued by the home university:

  • University studies initiated at another university

  • University entrance examination (PAU) passed in another autonomous region and enrolling on a university degree for the first time.

Students with a higher VET qualification

Where you have submitted your degree certificate (or the issuance payment receipt) by using a secure verification code (SVC), you will not need to submit this documentation again. Otherwise, you will need to submit it (original and copy) for verification to the admin services at your centre.

Students with a diploma recognised as equivalent to a Spanish high school diploma

You must submit the validation credential issued by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport (MECD) alongside a copy of the diploma for verification to the admin services at your centre. Where you have submitted a validation request receipt to pre-register whilst your application is still being processed, you will need to submit the final resolution before the end of the academic year. Please be aware that failure to fulfil this requirement will lead to your enrolment being cancelled.

Students with a university degree awarded outside the Balearic Islands

Where you have submitted your degree certificate (or the issuance payment receipt) by using a secure verification code (SVC) in order to pre-register, you will not need to submit this documentation again. Otherwise, you will need to submit it (original and copy) for verification to the admin services at your centre.

Deadline

The document submission deadline is 10th October 2025 at 2 pm.

Failure to submit your original entry and admission documents (accrediting the conditions set out for enrolment) or to accredit your ID before the deadline may lead to suspension of your academic rights. This means you will not be able to continue your programme until the situation has been fixed. Moreover, and where applicable, admin services will automatically cancel your enrolment without any right to a refund.

Please be aware that you may not request your academic transcript or degree certificate until you submit your original entry and admission documents.
