Do you want to change your enrolment?
As long as the deadline period is open, and in the ten days following the start of classes each semester, you may amend your enrolment from the Amend Enrolment section in Acadèmic.
When you amend your enrolment, e.g. you add a subject, a new invoice is generated with the amendment which you can pay in the pending payments section in Acadèmic.
Nonetheless, you must bear in mind that you cannot reduce the number of enrolled credits when making amendments. This means that you may only make changes where the number of enrolled credits remains the same or increases, i.e. you may change groups, change subjects, etc.
If you change group, ensure you check your other groups from the Group Assignment > Manual Group Assignment menu in Acadèmic.
At present, manually assigned groups cannot be changed from the self-service option. You must request this group change over UIBdigital within the set deadline.
