When do you need to enrol? How do appointment slots work?
Enrolment for returning students runs as follows:
- 25th-July-31th July 2025: phased enrolment based on appointment slots for individual students
- 31th July 2025, 9 am to 9 pm: open enrolment for all returning students
How do appointment slots work?
Appointment slots are for a date and time from when you can formalise enrolment. Please bear in mind that the procedure will be open until 31th July 2025 at 9 pm.
Appointment slots are given based on the average mark in students' academic records, in accordance with the following criteria:
- Having formalised active enrolment for the 2024-25 academic year
- Fulfilling the academic progress regulations
- Not having formalised enrolment for the 2024-25 academic year
- The first time slots are given to high-level athletes and students with a specific enrolment status, based on their average mark
- Remaining students are then given a slot based on their average mark.
If you were enrolled at the UIB in the 2024-25 academic year, you will receive an e-mail on 23th July 2025 to check your appointment slot to find out when you can enrol.
If you are taking more than one programme at the same time, you will be given a slot for each.
If you did not enrol in the previous year, you will not be given a slot. Therefore, you may enrol on 31th July2025 up to 9 pm or contact the admin services for your programme so that they can set up a time in the corresponding appointment slot.
If you have been admitted in a change of home campus procedure, you will enrol at the new campus based on your appointment.
