Enrolment for returning students runs as follows:

• ^25th-July-31^th July 2025: phased enrolment based on appointment slots for individual students
• ^31th July 2025, 9 am to 9 pm: open enrolment for all returning students

How do appointment slots work?

Appointment slots are for a date and time from when you can formalise enrolment. Please bear in mind that the procedure will be open until 31^th July 2025 at 9 pm.

Appointment slots are given based on the average mark in students' academic records, in accordance with the following criteria:

• Having formalised active enrolment for the 2024-25 academic year
• Fulfilling the academic progress regulations
• Not having formalised enrolment for the 2024-25 academic year
• The first time slots are given to high-level athletes and students with a specific enrolment status, based on their average mark
• Remaining students are then given a slot based on their average mark.

If you were enrolled at the UIB in the 2024-25 academic year, you will receive an e-mail on 23^th July 2025 to check your appointment slot to find out when you can enrol.

If you are taking more than one programme at the same time, you will be given a slot for each.

If you did not enrol in the previous year, you will not be given a slot. Therefore, you may enrol on 31^th July2025 up to 9 pm or contact the admin services for your programme so that they can set up a time in the corresponding appointment slot.

If you have been admitted in a change of home campus procedure, you will enrol at the new campus based on your appointment.
