Bachellor Degree in Economics from the Universidad del Pacífico (Peru) and PhD in Economics of Tourism and the Environment from the University of the Balearic Islands. He has a Master's Degree in Tourism Economics and the Environment (MTEE - UIB) and a Master's Degree in Microfinance and Social Development (CIFF - University of Alcalá de Henares).

Professional experience in the areas of economic analysis, and public policies, as well as in economic project assessment, especially in matters related to improving competitiveness and sustainable development.

He has carried out numerous feasibility studies of investment projects in various sectors of the economy, both in public and private spheres in Peru, as well as in matters of Public-Private Alliances and Works for Taxes in the different regions of said country.

Among their most outstanding professional achievements is his consulting work for the Ministerial Office in the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (MINAGRI) of Peru in matters of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and as National Director of the Program for Sustainable Economic Development and Strategic Management of Natural Resources - PRODERN (2017-2018).

Likewise, he has worked as a professor in the Department of Economics of the Universidad del Pacífico (2014 - 2019) and is currently a contracted professor in the Department of Applied Economics of the University of the Balearic Islands.

It has publications in magazines of the first quartile (Q1) on sustainability and competitiveness in tourist destinations.
