Brief CV

I'm a researcher in the Systems Robotics and Vision Group, in the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB), Spain. I obtained the title of Informatics Engineer (BSc) by the Politecnics University of Catalonia (UPC) in 2008, a MSc degree in Information and Communication Technologies by the Univerity of the Balearic Islands in 2010 and a Ph.D. in Informatics Engineering by the UIB in 2017.

I have taught in courses from the Computer Engineering and the Industrials Engineering, comprising topics such as perception, computer vision, pattern recognition and control systems.

My research interests include computer vision, mobile robotics and unmanned aerial vehicles. I'm currently researching in visual defect detection and robot-based inspection using semiautonomous aerial vehicles.
