Curriculum

Brief CV

I'm a professor at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) Spain, and a member of the Systems, Robotics and Vision research group. I received the B.Sc. degree in Informatics Engineering by the Politechnic University of Calalonia in 2008, the M.Sc. degree in Information and Communication Technologies from the UIB in 2010, and a Ph.d. in Computer Science from the same university in 2017.

My research interests include autonomous robots (estate estimation, control architecture, navigation), computer vision (digital image processing and pattern recognition) and machine learning (from 'traditional' to DCNN-based methods).

I teach some perception, control and robotics-related courses in Computer Engineering, Automation and Industrial Electronic Engineering and in the Master in Intelligent Systems.
