Brief CV

Gabriel Torrens Caldentey is an Industrial Engineer and Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering. He is Associate Professor (Senior Lecturer) of the UIB Electronic Technology Area of the Industrial Engineering and Construction Department, and a researcher of the UIB Electronic Engineering Group. He taught various subjects, mostly related to electronics, in different undergraduate programs and master’s degrees. His research is mainly focused on the study of the radiation effects in micro/nano electronics systems, and on the design, optimization, and applications of integrated circuit memories, in particular SRAM memories (Static Random Access Memories).
