Brief CV
Computer Science Engineer and MBA from the University of the Balearic Islands. I am PMO Senior Consultant and PM Practice Leader at CGI. Associate Lecturer at the UIB, teaching in the subjects of Software Quality and Software Engineering; Lecturer in the postgraduate course of Project Management at the UIB since its first edition and Collaborator Lecturer at the UOC.
I am collaborator of the MiProSoft research group (Millora i Innovació en Projectes de Software UIB).
Since 2002 I have worked in the field of management systems and project control in companies of the IT sector in its different aspects such as project control and analysis, maintenance and evolution of management systems based on ISO standards (Quality, Information Security, Software and Environment), improvement and measurement of processes, establishment of scorecards as well as the management of the company information systems.
