Brief CV

PhD in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of the Balearic Islands. Member of the Community Nutrition and Oxidative Stress Research Group at the University of the Balearic Islands, integrated into CIBER-OBN (Physiopathology of Obesity and Nutrition) of the Carlos III Health Institute, and the Health Research Institute of the Balearic Islands (IDISBA). Holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Granada and a Master's degree in Nutrigenomics and Personalized Nutrition from the University of the Balearic Islands. Has research experience in several nationally and internationally funded public projects. Currently continues her research career thanks to the postdoctoral fellowship awarded by the FOLIUM-2023 program.
