Diploma in Social Work (2003) and Degree in Sociology (2006), University of Salamanca. University Expert in Equal Opportunities between men and women (2007), Master in Equality Policies and prevention of gender violence (2017) and PhD with international mention in interdisciplinary Gender Studies (2021), University of the Balearic Islands.

She has work experience as a social worker, for which she is trained in social intervention techniques, and as career counselor in various social organizations in Mallorca and Salamanca. She has experience of working with different sectors of the population, especially people at risk of social exclusion, prostitution and gender violence.

Since 2016 she teaches Social Work and is a member of the Research Group 'Inequalities, gender and public policies' of the University of the Balearic Islands.
