Bàrbara Estudillo is a lecturer in the Architectural Constructions Group at the University of the Balearic Islands, Spain. She teaches Occupational Risk Prevention, Health and Safety Coordination and Universal Accessibility in the undergraduate, graduate and Ph.D. programs. She received her Ph.D. in Economics, Management and Organisation (Business Economics) from the University of Navarra, the Autonomous University of Barcelona and the University of the Balearic Islands (UPNA – UAB – UIB) in 2022. Degree in Technical Architecture, University of Seville, 2003. Degree in Industrial Organisation Engineering, Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), 2010. Degree in Building Engineering from the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB), 2011. In 2012, she gained the first prize in architecture 'Ciutat de Palma'. Since 2018, she has actively participated in international conferences and research meetings. In the area of Occupational Risk Prevention and Management, she has published scientific papers in some of the top international journals (such as Journal of Safety Research and Safety Science). Research interests: Human Resource Management (safety climate, occupational preventive training and evaluation of the economic efficiency of HRM).
