Graduate in Law from the Universitat de Barcelona, Master in Taxation from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (own degree), Master in Bankruptcy Law and Business Restructuring from the Universitat de les Illes Balears (own degree) and Master in Business Management and Administration (MBA) from the Universidad Internacional de la Rioja. He is currently studying for a Doctorate in Commercial Law at the Universitat de les Illes Balears.

He has also obtained a University Expert Degree in Conflict Resolution in Civil and Commercial Matters through Mediation, has participated in numerous Conferences and Seminars on Insolvency and Corporate Law, has attended numerous lectures by experts in the field and has taken several specialisation courses.

In the academic field, he has been an associate lecturer at the Universitat de les Illes Balears since 2016, and has taught classes on Commercial Contracts and Securities, Tourism Contracts, Bankruptcy Law, Basic Notions of Law and Company Law. In addition, he has taught several sessions at the Master's Degree in Bankruptcy Law and at the Master's Degree in Law Practice at the UIB.

In the professional field, he has been practising as a lawyer specialising in Commercial Law, especially Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring, since 2005, with his own office since 2018. He has carried out numerous tasks of continuous legal advice to a multitude of companies, as well as advising individuals on matters of commercial issues. In addition, he has provided advice both to companies in insolvency proceedings and to creditors and has acted as insolvency administrator in numerous insolvency proceedings, both in those in which he has been appointed directly and in those in which he has collaborated in the functions of insolvency administration together with other professionals. He has been registered on the list of Insolvency Administrators drawn up by the Bar Association of the Balearic Islands since 2010, and has been registered in the Registry of Insolvency Mediators of the Ministry of Justice since 2016.
