He holds a PhD in Education from the University of the Balearic Islands, Master's Degree in Inclusive Education, Degree in Psychopedagogy and Diploma in Teaching. He is an associate professor of the Department of Applied Pedagogy and Educational Psychology of the UIB, teaching in the dual Degree in Early Childhood Education and Primary Education at the University Headquarters of Menorca. He is a career civil servant of the teacher corps, a profession that he has exercised in different early childhood and elementary schools and that he continues to develop at present. In his professional career he has been tutor of primary school groups, support teacher, support team coordinator, center training coordinator, pedagogical coordinator and cycle team coordinator. He is a member of the Research and Innovation Group in Education Menorca (GRIEM), in the field of inclusive education. He has been a member of the Island Council of the Movement for Pedagogical Renewal of Menorca and he is, currently, a member of the Island Council of the Movement Menorca Edu21.
