José Antonio Pérez Montiel is PhD in applied economics from the University of the Balearic Islands with a qualification of excelent cum laude and international mention. currently, he is associate professor at the department of economics at the University of the Balearic Islands and research director at the Angelo King Institute (Philipines).
His scientific research has been published in Journal of Evolutionay Economics, Metroeconomica, Review of Political Economy, Journal of Post Keynesian Economics, Applied Economic Analysis, Review of Keynesian Economics and Economic Analysis & Policy, among others.
