Brief CV

Antoni Fernández Bordoy is PCDr. of the Department of Philosophy of the University of Balearic Islands. Graduated (2001) and PhD (2007) in Philosophy, is member of the Research Group 'Studies on the formation and evolution of philosophical vocabulary' and the Institute for Educational Research and Innovation (IRIE). He was Secretary of the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters, is Chair of the Lullian Section of the Comission of Latin Philosophy of the Société Internationale Pour l'Étude de la Philosophie Médiévale and Secretary of the Iberian Society of Greek Philosophy. He is a specialist in Ancient and Medieval Philosophy, with more than forty publications on the subject. He has participated in more than eight research projects, national and international and has made several research stays at centers such as the Centre National de Recherche Scientifique the (France).
