Head of Studies at the Balearic Islands Hospitality School (EHIB) and currently deputy director of the Balearic Islands Hospitality School (EUHIB).
He has a degree in Psychology from the University of the Balearic Islands. He has taught in the field of Human Resources organization and mainly related to the implementation of Quality Systems in hotel companies. He has participated in national research projects and has held management positions in hotel chains and hotels in the Balearic Islands, Andalusia and Morocco.
