Brief CV

Sofía López Rodríguez is Associate Professor of Marketing at the University of the Balearic Islands. With a PhD in Marketing from the Complutense University in Madrid, Spain - Predoctoral Fellowship (FPI), Spanish Ministry of Science and Technology -her research focuses on corporate responsibility and sustainability, green marketing, sustainable consumption and prosocial behaviour. She has published in international journals, such as Business Ethics Quarterly, Corporate Governance: The International Journal of Business in Society; as well as authored and co-authored books and book chapters.

A former member of the marketing faculty at SKEMA Business School (France), and Visiting Scholar at the INSEAD Social Innovation Centre, Dr López Rodríguez has also taught on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Spain, at the Carlos III University in Madrid; in France, at MINES ParisTech, IÉSEG School of Management and the Institut d'Études Politiques in Lille; and in Brazil at the Universidade Caxias do Sul. She has also consulted for the Financial Times on corporate responsibility academic content, as well as participated and led externally funded national and international research projects.
