Damià Tomàs Bergas llicenciat en Ciències (Química). Professor d’educació secundària amb l’especialitat de Tecnologia amb destinació definitiva des del curs 1999. Ha participat en dues ocasions com a membre de tribunal d’oposició d’educació secundària. Director de l'Institut d’Educació Secundària Joan Maria Thomàs de Palma del curs 2006 a 2018. Professor associat a la UIB on ha impartit l’assignatura de Didàctica: Disseny Curricular a les especialitats de Tecnologia Industrial i Tecnologia i Informàtica. La seva experiència docent es complementa en la impartició d'una assignatura en el màster de Noves tecnologies aplicades a l'ensenyament de la química entre 2006-2013.Teaching
