Brief CV

Dr. Miquel Barcelˇ is PhD in Chemistry by the UIB and was a postdoc at University of Zurich.

He is professor of Inorganic Chemistry at the Chemistry Department since 2008.

His research is devoted to the study of metal ions interacting with molecules with biological/pharmacological interest and, mainly to the study of RNA riboswitches.

He is part of the Bioinorganic and Bioorganic Chemistry Research Group.
