MIQUEL CAÑELLAS RAMONELL was born in Palma de Mallorca on November 3, 1979; Graduate in business administration and management from the Faculty of Economics of the Instituto Químico de Sarrià (Ramón Llull), ROAC with number 24190 (Madrid, November 12, 2020). In 2022 he began his teaching activity at the UIB, currently being an associate professor of the subjects Accounting Audit II and III.

This teaching activity is combined with his current job as financial director of the Puerto Portals marina as well as a business holding company with a diversified international portfolio of activities in sectors such as hotels, real estate development and the wine sector (winery), among others.
