Bachelor of Sports Science & Physical Activity at the University of Granada. Master in Human Nutrition and Food Quality. Doctor by the University of the Baleric Island.

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy and Didactics of the University of the Baleric Island. Main researcher of Physical Activity and Sports Science Research Group.

From 2010 to 2017 held the position of vice-dean at Faculty of Education and Head of studies for Primary Education Degree.

From 2017 to 2021 held the position of Director of Teaching Support Office.

Since 2021 holds the position of Deputy Director of the Institute for Research and Innovation in Education (IRIE).

Since 2022 holds the position of Director of the Master's Degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences Research.

He has over 50 publications (indexed in JCR/Scopus) and over 100 appearances at conferences.

He gained recognition for 18 years of international-quality research (2005-2010, 2011-2016, 2017-2022).

He has participated as a researcher in four research projects of the national R+D plan and as main researcher in one national R+D project.
