Brief CV
BA (1996) and PhD (2000) in Biology from the University of the Balearic Islands. I did my doctoral thesis under the direction of Dr. Hipólito Medrano. Associate Professor in the Department of Plant Physiology since 2001.
My main research interest focuses on the study of photosynthesis, particularly the mechanisms of diffusion of CO2, its eco-physiology and evolution.
Sabater National Prize of the Spanish Society of Plant Physiology for Young Researchers in 2005. FESPP European Young Scientist Award in Plant Biology (2006).
