Josep L. Rosselló, PhD in Physics by the University of the Balearic Islands (2002) is an Full Professor and researcher at the Electronic Engineering Group, Industrial Engineering and Construction Department at UIB. His field of research is on the hardware implementation of neural Networks, Data Mining and Machine Learning. He directed different R&D projects funded by private entities and helds different patents licensed to different companies. He has been Principal Investigator of several research projects in both national as well as regional level. He has about a thousand of publications in international Journals and Conferences.
