The main focus of my research is understanding patterns. I work in a project for genome analysis for Cancer and heart deseases. I have worked on projects for biopolymer recognition, color recognition, human motion analysis, character recognition and computational geometry.
My teaching is in the area of algorithms, in general, and its theory, and optimization algorithms and its theory.
