Cristina Moreno is a Contract Lecturer at the Department of Nursing and Physiotherapy at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) since 2017, where she has hold different positions since 2001.

TEACHING AND RESEARCH EXPERIENCE

Moreno teaches subjects related to professional ethics, critical care and Nursing History at the undergraduate level (Nursing Degree) since 2001 and subjects related to methods in qualitative research and critical health research at the postgraduate level (Master's Degree in Health and Life Quality Research) at the UIB since 2016. She is also a professor and a thesis advisor of the PhD programme in Translational Research in Public Health and High Prevalence Diseases at the UIB since 2018

Research and development groups/teams: She is a member of the consolidated Research Group 'Care, chronicity and evidence in health' (CurES), integrated into the Balearic Islands Health Research Institute (IdISBa). Research collaborator of the Research Group: 'Global Health and Human Development' of the UIB. Member of the former Critical Health Research Group (GICS-IUNICS)

Her research and writing are focused on professional ethics and critical health research

She has published many articles in indexed (one article in a first-quartile journal, two articles in a second- quartile journal, and one article in the fourth-quartile journal) and non-indexed journals. These publications have an approximate number of 82 citations. H: 4 index, i10: 2 index
