I received the B. S. degree (1987) in Mathematics from the  Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and the PhD  1995) in Computer Sciece from the  Universitat de les Illes Balears.

Since   1987 I am member of the  Department of Mathematics and Computer Science. Since 2000 I am University Lecturer in this department.

I have taught courses  in different studies: Economy, Computer Science, Chemistry, Physics  and Mathematics.

I am member of the research group  TAMI (Image Processing ). My research is on the   study  of some mathematical models (variationals and PDE's) applied to image enhancement. I have published different papers on indexed (JCR) international journals. I have participated in various international conferences.
