I have received a Mathematics degree in 1977 by the Autonomous of Barcelona University, a Applied Mathematics in Computer Science and Industrial Management by the Louvain University (Belgium) a Ph.D. in Computer Science by the Autonomous of Barcelona University. Since 1990 I am Full Professor (Catedrático de Universidad) at the University of the Balearic Islands. I have taught several courses such as Information Theory and Error Correcting Codes, Mathematical Programming, Discrete Mathematics and Mathematical Methods II, .
I am member of the 'Computer Science and Electronic Commerce (SECOM)' research group. My research interests cover several topics such as Error Correcting Codes and Cryptography.
