Antonia Mas Pichaco received a degree in Computer Science by the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and a PhD in Computer Science by the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB). She is University Lecturer at the University of the Balearic Islands. Her teaching activity is centered in the field of Software Engineering, Software Quality and Project Management. She has taught many courses in Bachelor and Master in Computer Science. She is currently the director of three graduate degrees related to Project Management.

I am a member of the MiProSoft research group. Our research interests cover the fields of Software Process Improvement, Project Management and IT Service Management. The results of our research group have been applied in successive editions of the QuaSAR Project, a project for the improvement of software development processes in small software companies in the Balearic Islands.
