PhD in History of Art with the thesis " Els jardins de Mallorca en els segles XVIII i XIX. Del paisatge il·lustrat a l'eclecticisme burgès." She holds degrees in History and Art History, as well as a Master's in Cultural Heritage: Research and Management from the University of the Balearic Islands. She is a Permanent Labor Professor at the University of the Balearic Islands, at the Department of Historical Sciences and Theory of the Arts, where she teaches in the Bachelor's program in Art History and the Master's program in Cultural Heritage: Research and Management. She is a member of the research team of the research group Patrimoni audiovisual, mass-media i il·lustració (PAMMI). Her research activities focus on three areas: artistic and cultural heritage, cultural landscape, and historic gardens. Currently, she is a researcher in the I+D+i El paisaje que habla. Marco teórico y referencias culturales interdisciplinares. México, Portugal y España como escenarios. (PID2020-120553GB-I00), finançat pel MCIN/ AEI/10.13039/501100011033. In the field of knowledge transfer, she has engaged in extensive activities that include writing catalogs for the immovable heritage of various municipalities in Mallorca, notably Palma, and inventories of movable goods, including the inventory "Béns Mobles de l'Església Catòlica"; drafting, within multidisciplinary teams, management plans for cultural assets and participating in the drafting and execution of restoration projects; preparing historical-artistic studies of heritage elements and writing reports for the declaration of assets of cultural interest. Additionally, she has directed and coordinated specialized courses, participated in seminars and conferences, delivered lectures, and curated exhibitions. The results of her research have been published in monographs and articles in specialized and popular knowledge journals, including: El jardí botànic de la Misericòrdia de Palma (Consell de Mallorca, 2005), Els jardins de Raixa. Guia historicoartística (Consell de Mallorca, 2019) and El jardí burgès a Mallorca: oci, modernitat i paisatge pintoresc en la residència d'estiueig de Palma (2024). She is a member of the Expert Committee of Serra de Tramuntana World Heritage and serves on the editorial board of the journal Mayurqa.
