I have received a degree in Computer Science by the University Autónoma of Barcelona, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science by the University of the Balearic Islands. Since 1985 I am University College Professor at the University of the Balearic Islands. I have taught several courses such as Computer Programming, Data Structures, Algoritmics, Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Systems.

I am member of the 'Computer Graphics and Vision and Artificial Intelligence (UGIVpOeIA)' research group and collaborator of the 'Educational Innovation in Mathematics and Engineering (GIEME)' research group. My research interests cover several topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Mining Techniques, Inductive Learning, Intelligent Agents and Educational Innovation.
