Brief CV
Degree in Therapeutic Pedagogy (1982) and Doctor of Psychopedagogy (1998) by the University of the Balearic Islands. He began his teaching and research career at the UIB in 1990. He has taught at the studies of Teacher Training, Pedagogy, Psichopedagoy and Doctorate, currently in Degree in Primary Education in which she's also tutor of practices and the Final Degree Project. She is co-director and professor at the Interuniversity Official Master in Inclusive Education from 2009-10.
She is a member of the Research Group of Inclusive School and Diversity (GREID) and contributor to Research Group of Global Health and Sustainable Human Development (SG_DHS). She has participated in different funded research around disability, attention to diversity in primary and secondary education, the quality of life of children whit chronic diseases at school and the competences of teachers in Europe; and takes part in Projects of University Cooperation for Development in Guatemala, Ethiopia, Nicaragua and Peru.
In university management has taken on academic positions between which they emphasize that of vice-dean of Teaching studies and dean of the Faculty of Education (2000-2010) and vice-rector 2013. And is responsible for organizing attention and aids in exams to students with special needs support for university access.
