Research and lecturing in the University of the Balearic Islands from October 1998.My research interests are on: i) fluvial geomorphology (effects of hydropeaking in initiation of motion in gravel-bed rivers, sediment transport in rivers, fluvial network evolution), ii) hydrology in Mediterranean temporary streams (time series analyses, zero-flow hydrology and freshwater ecology), iii) water resources in Mediterranean regions (water management, urban and tourist water consumption, water pricing) and iv) historical aerial photography for assessing long-term landscape change.Recent research projects- 2024-26.
