Carla Guadalupi received her Ph.D. in Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in June 2015 and is currently a visiting professor at the Universidad de las Islas Baleares (Spain).
She holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a Master of Economics from the Universitá Commerciale Luigi Bocconi (Italy), in addition to a Master of Geography and Demography from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (Spain).
Her research is focused on the areas of applied microeconomics, industrial organization and game theory, with special emphasis on signaling games, pricing strategies and information transmission. She has taught courses in economics and currently teaches Introduction to Business at the UIB.
