Dr. Víctor A. Sánchez Azanza is lecturer in the Department of Applied Pedagogy and Educational Psychology at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB).
He has a degree in Psychology (Universidad Complutense de Madrid; UCM), a Master's degree in Research in Psychology (Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia; UNED), a Master's degree in Cognitive Neuropsychology (UCM), and a PhD in Psychology (UIB), his thesis being on the relation between cognitive control mechanisms and bilingualism.
In addition, as a member of the I+DEL research group at the UIB, he is researching other aspects such as the influence of cognitive, emotional regulation and personality mechanisms in different populations (people with language problems and/or who experience) and at different stages of the lifespan.
