Masters degree in Constitutional Law in the CEPC (2003). Qualification of 'University Expert in Security and Defence in the UAX (2009). Doctor of Law in UCM (2010).
Academic career
He has taught Constitutional Law as Collaborator at the Constitutional Law Department at Laws Faculty in the UCM (2002-2007).[...] Since 2007 he has regularly taught Constitutional Law for the Bachelors degree in Law, and, since 2009, in Business Administration and Management (2010), and legal studies (2011-2014). He has been professor of the Master in international security at the UEM and has taught the course «administrative law and personal data protection» (2011). He has also been professor in the Society of International Studies (SEI), teaching lessons in the LVII, LVIII y LIX course of Higher International Studies (2011-2013). He has taught in the Masters degree on Law[...] of the Santo Tomas University of Bucaramanga (Colombia), teaching the course «Constitucionalization of the Administrative law» and «Administrative organizations as one means for the realization of the social and democratic State's objectives» (2013).
Research
He has published a monograph (The dignity of the human person, Dykinson, 2010). He has written 25 articles in scientific and technical publications. He has translated 3 books and technical articles from German to Spanish and from English into Spanish. Until now, his main line of investigation have been matters of concern to the fundamental rights. For this purpose, he has completed an investigation stage in the Bayreuth University in Germany in 2012, under the direction of the Professor Peter Häberle, for the Study of the Rights of the Members at the Armed Forces. He has been Project Leader in a project of the Spanish Research and has been part of other three research projects about questions of equality of opportunity and non-discrimination and political participation.
Other merits
He is a lawyer. Since 2006, he has been the secretary of the juridical magazine AIJC of the CEPC. He has been an external advisor of the Regional Government of Extremadura (2012-2014).
