    Brief CV

    Natalia Ortiz-de-Mandojana earned her PhD in Management from the University of Granada (Spain) and is currently assistant professor at the University of Balearic Islands (Spain). Natalia enjoyed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the Ivey Richard School of Business (London, Canada) and was a visiting researcher at the Cass Business School (London, UK).
    Natalia has been teaching management subjects -including human resource management, operations, strategy, and business organisation- since 2008 at the University of Granada (Spain). She is currently teaching 'Introduction to Business' in the Tourism School and 'Organization Design' in the Economic and Business School at the University of Balearic Islands (Spain).

    Natalia is a member of the research groups Innovation, Sustainability and Development (ISDE) and Organizations' Economy. Her research interests include in the connection between corporate governance and environmental management and the role of time in shaping the financial aspects of business sustainability. She has published several papers in JCR-indexed international journals, such as Corporate Governance: An International Review, Journal of Business Ethics, Business Strategy and the Environment, Organization & Environment, Environmental Engineering and Management Journal, among others, and book chapters published by Palgrave Macmillan and SAGE Publications.
