Industrial engineer by the BarcelonaTech university in 2011, master in Information Technologies by the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) in 2013 and PhD student in Informatics since 2014. Associate professor in the studies of industrial engineering also in the UIB since 2015.

Miquel Massot is also a member of the research group Systems, Robotics and Vision (SRV) and he has participated in national and international research projects as a projects engineer in the field of underwater robotics.
