Professor Inmaculada Gomez has a degree in psychology from the University of Barcelona in 1988 and Master in Social Psychology (UB), Master in Engineering Education (UIB), Title Training of Trainers (ICE).
His teaching is related to the field of training and employment, training of trainers and teachers, human resources and currently on innovation and creativity.
Associate Professor Esudis Graduate Center of the UIB. Teaches design curriculum, methodology and resources in the process of teaching and learning and Supplement 2 to the Master Teacher Training High School Diploma Technology Services from 2009 to the present and during the school year in 2015 -2016 Master in Human Resources Management, teaches Planning Education and Training of Trainers.
From 2000 to 2012 he was associate professor in the Department of Applied Education and Educational Psychology at the Faculty of Education at the UIB, being a professor of education and psychology studies the following subjects : education and work, career guidance, job-training programs for young people, training and employment.
He joined the research team of the project TESE: trajectories of secondary education to employment Research Group Education and Citizenship, the UIB during the 2010-2012 period.
She taught high school of the Ministry of Education of the Balearic Islands (2005-2009), developing specialties: Socio Intervention in kindergarten, a counselor EOEP, Head of Department orientation at IES High Performance Sports Centre and specialty FOL.
He is currently a partner and director of innovation and creative development in Atreyud SISE.
Trainer program ICAPE in the IDI, promoting entrepreneurship.
He has conducted several studies in applied social research.
