I have received a computer science degree by the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, and a Ph.D. in computer science by the Universitat de les Illes Balears. Since 1985 I am University Lecturer (Titular Universidad) at the University of the Balearic Islands. I have taught several courses such as Programming, Data Bases, Software Engineering, Requirements Engineering and Information Systems Design.

I am member of the 'Tecnologies de la Informació Multimèdia' research group and collaborator of the 'Direcció i Gestió d'Empreses i Destins Turístics' research group. My research interests cover several topics such as multimedia interfaces, software reusability, intelligent agents and eLearning.
