Department of Nursing and Physiotherapy, University of Balearic Islands. PhD in Biosocial and Health Sciences. Currently participates in several competitive funded projects focused on the improvement of palliative care attention. Co-director of two doctoral thesis related to End of life care. Member of the Commission for Compassionate communities of the Spanish Society of Palliative Care (SECPAL). Author of several scientific papers about the impact of the palliative care on health professionals' quality of life. Large work experience in chronic attention and palliative care as a management nurse, occupying several positions of relevance in the health management during the last 20 years. Specifically, last 5 years, has coordinated the development and implementation of the Palliative Care Program of the Balearic Islands.
