Associate University Professor. Graduated in Law (UIB) with Extraordinary Award of Degree (1994). Phd in Law, Summa Cum Laude (UIB, 2011). Since 2001 she has combined teaching (she belongs to Department Private Law) with working as a lawyer in Ibiza. At present, assistant professor doctor (UIB).

She has featured in undergraduate (Commercial Law, 2011 - 2011; Civil Law of the Balearic Islands, 2009- 2013). She currently lectures the subjects of Personal and Family Law (Law Degree) and Company Law (Bachelor in Administration and Business Manegement). She has been guest lecturer in several editions of the Course of University Expert on Familiy Law and the University Expert of Balearic Law, since 2003. Since 2007 she has taught online, as a mentor in several editions of the University Expert in Balearic Civl Law, adressed to Judges and Magistrates, approved by the Spanish General Council of the Judiciary. She has been a lecturer and also Coordinator of Inheritance Law courses, organized by the Foundation for the Practice Legal of the College of Lawyers of the Balearic Islands. She has also coordinated a course on Family Business (Summer University of Ibiza and Formentera, september 2014).

She is a researcher specializing in the origins of the Balearic Civil Law. She is the author of a monograph on Ibiza Civil Law and various collective works in several civil matters. She has also collaborated in the publication of books of national interest publishers (Aranzadi, Dykinson), relating to legal institutions of family and inheritance. She has published articles in national magazines (Diario la Ley). She has been a member of a research group dedicated to the study of the Balearic Civil Law and she has been part of nataional research projects, relating to the violence against women (2006-2009) and the principle of equality in the Private Law (2011 - 2013). She is a member of a Research Group called ACTUALIZA, recognized by the CRUE ('Council of Rectors of Spanish Universities'), aimed to contributing to the updating of the Spanish Civil Code and therefore, to the modernization of Spanish Private Law.

Since 2004 she has been a member of the Advisory Commission of Balearic Civil Law, a consultative organ of the Balearic Islands Government and, since 2005, she has belonged to the Advisory Council of Ibiza Civil Law, under the authority of 'Consell Insular de Eivissa' (Island Council), as Vice President.

She was awarded the Prize Luis Pascual González (2004).

She is an expert consultant of the Magazine called Revista Derecho, Empresa y Sociedad (REDES), published by Dykinson.
