Brief CV
PhD (University of Oviedo-Uniovi-2010), I have two MA, in Philosophy (2002) and in Science and Technology Studies and Communication (2008) (Uniovi/University of Salamanca). I am also University Specialist in Public Science Policy and Technological Innovation (2004). I have been a PhD Fellow (finding by FICYT, 2003-2007) and postdoctoral researcher 'Torres-Quevedo' (funding by former MINECO, 2012-2014). Member of numerous national and European R&D projects since 2003, I have also enjoyed short-terms research periods at the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC-Madrid), the University of Groningen (The Netherlands) and at University of Delaware (USA).

- Epistemological and logical analysis of techno-scientific practices and discourses, especially in their relationship with regulatory policies (e.g.: https://doi.org/10.1080/02691728.2021.2004467)
- Analysis of the Social Studies on Science and Technology or the 'Science, Technology and Society' approach (e.g. https://doi.org/10.1162/posc_a_00583)
- Analysis on Social communication and appropriation of science, especially in relation to public science policies (e.g.: https://doi.org/10.1177/0963662518781466)
I had been Adjunct lecturer (Department of Philosophy, Uniovi) and taught in several editions of the International University of Valencia's Master in Social Communication of Scientific Research, as well as in diverse types of official and no-official postgraduate courses for the Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI).
